For those with limited time or attention, read no further; this pathetic imitation of filmic entertainment earned zero stars.

A murky scenario with a plethora of unlikeable characters: crooked cops (Chiwetel Ejiofor, Anthony Mackie, Clifton Collins, Jr.) a clueless neophyte (Casey Affleck), a somewhat savvy detective (predictably, woefully typecast, Woody Harrelson), a Russian/Israeli mobster, (Kate Winslet must have suffered a grand mal seizure to have accepted this ludicrous, career-debasing role.)

A series of raunchy robberies, combustible conflagrations, a body count worthy of a Quentin Tarantino Western does not elicit a modicum of concern or titillation from the viewer; depthless characterization, facile dialogue and directionless directing, resulting in a lackluster movie that no “star” could redeem.
